The main barrier to trade in Russia is customs. Everyone will tell you that, even the Russians... especially if your production is technically challenging, which is the case with aerospace equipement or tooling. Each shipment will need to be accompanied by the appropriate documentation which will have to be prepared BEFORE the shipment leaves your country otherwise the shipment iwll be blocked at the port of entry and that's additionnal costs at the least.

With our Russian company and our Russian brokers, we council you regarding the documentation, the certification, etc... Finding a Russian customs broker is probably the toughest task so using our Russian partner company Allied Aviation Consulting, you will have someone to talk to at all times.

- Complete technical description of the goods in Russian,

- Invoice in English,

- Invoice in Russian,

- Contract in two languages,

- Import certificate,

- Letter to customs agent,

- Insurance for the goods.
