The main barrier to trade in Russia is customs. Everyone will tell you that, even the Russians... especially if your products are technically challenging, which is the case with aerospace equipment or tooling. Each shipment will need to be accompanied by the appropriate documentation which will have to be prepared BEFORE the shipment leaves your country. Failure to do this might get your shipment blocked at the port of entry.

With our Russian company and our Russian brokers, we advise you, assist you with mandatory documentation, certification, etc... Having someone you can trust in place at customs is probably the toughest task for a foreign company but with Allied Aviation Consulting, you will have someone to talk to at all times.

- Invoice in English with its translation,

- Bi-lingual contract (between the buyer and the seller),

- Import certificate (GOST-R),
